Fix for GMT-3327 MATLAB function call ignores mismatched output data types with
no error
MatlabInterface - Updated GetRealArray() method to return row and column
dimension.
CallMatlabFunction - Added output type and dimension validation check.
FminconOptimizer - Changed due to GetRealArray() signature change.
