- Added validation for SPICE kernels
[GMT-3475] Using undefined spkSat.OrbitSpiceKernelName causes GMAT to crash.
(when using Non-existent .bsp file, then GMAT crashes) [FIXED]
[GMT-3472] Invalid attitude kernels do not throw an error message [partial
fix]
