Fix for the following OrbitView plot:
GMT-3082 BodyFixed coordinate system is drawn incorrectly in the 3D graphics
window
GMT-3183 Ecliptic plane is drawn incorrectly when drawn with EarthMJ2000Ec and
EarthFixed coordinate systems
GMT-3192 Constellations in GMAT are not being drawn accurately when compared
with Celestia's software's Constellations
- CoordinateSystem: Updated CreateLocalCoordinateSystem() to create CS with
MJ2000Ec axes.
- Rendering: Added overloaded method DrawStringAt() taking Rvector3 as input.
- ViewCanvas: Added view to ecliptic rotation matrix computation.
- OrbitViewCanvas: Updated to use view to ecliptic rotation matrix for drawing
ecliptic plane.
