Fix for the following MATLAB issues:
GMT-1347 Matlab window not reopening
GMT-3327 MATLAB function call ignores mismatched output data types with no error
GMT-3526 MATLAB function call accepts array param as input, but sends as string
- MatlabInterface: Did code cleanup - removed unused member data message.
- CallMatlabFunction: Added more data type and dimension checking. Added to
re-initialize and re-execute when error occurred during engEvalString().
