GMT-3600 OrbitView zoom motion is inconsistent and confusing
GMT-3614 Crash setting ViewDirection to [0 0 0]
OrbitViewCanvas - Added check for null pointer before accessing view direction
object. (GMT-3600 Fix);
- Changed the zoom amount to length * distance / 500; it was length * distance
/ 1000000. (GMT-3614 Fix).
ViewCanvas - minor debug updates.
