I am just beginning to climb the learning curve, and so far have not located a minor but useful function. GMAT will take multiple ways to specify an orbit, including state vectors/Cartesian elements, and two line elements used in many tracking programs and supplied by Space-Track. Is there a way to use GMAT to do that conversion for the user? In particular directly to fully formatted two line elements? There are of course a few online sources, but their output requires considerable intermediate processing. There are of course many packages for Python, Java, C, etc which can be used, but I would rather not reinvent that wheel.
