We have encountered the exact problem described in detail by Michael Buksas in 
his post from 2020-10-14.
The error messages indicate that the file, "_gmat_py", can't be found.

Our organization interested in using GMAT is also very interested in the Python 
interface.

Is there a way to obtain this file directly?
