Is the CSALT plugin for GMAT able to optimize low-thrust trajectories? Is there a way to get the plugin to work without going through the compilation process described here: https://gmat.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/GW/pages/380273355/Compiling+GMAT+CMake+Build+System I do have a copy of snopt 7.7
