Does GMAT support orbit determination from ground based optical measurement (e.g. RA, DEC, and UTC)? I noted in the tutorial that it can from onboard satellite GPS or DSN radar measurements. The use case is amateur astronomy siting of asteroid, etc. from a ground based telescope.
If not, what do you recommend for open source tools for doing that? Thanks.
