dang.  this is the second time this has happened to me.   There are just
too many small exceptions when dealing with these complex software
systems.

What  happened was, I install cinelerra-cv from source and for some
reason, the install script puts the ffmpeg include files under
/usr/local/include.   the gmerlin_avedec configure script saw those
first.

I'm writing the cinelerra list to see if they can either just not
install it (seems unnecessary since they rename all the ffmpeg libs
anyway for local use) ....or have them installed under different names.
