You can extract the nodes and elements by parsing the .msh file. The mesh file
format is in the gmsh manual.
To assign physical data, you can define physical regions (lines, surfaces,
etc.) and then build a file which links the physical regions to the
corresponding physical data which is specific to your use.

   Good Morning,

Please, i have some questions about the Gmsh's program:
1) When i create my model and make the mesh for it, how can i extract the
informations about coordinates of each node or element for another use?
2) If i want to add physical datas of my model (ie. hydraulic conductivity,
permeability coefficient, ...),this data can be added for each node or element?
3) If yes (2),
Can i extract this information for another use?

Thanks you for listening and your comprehension.
