Hi,
I've been looking at Elmer, as recommended by someone on this list.
Because of its flexibility, it appears to have a good potential,
although as in many FEA/FEM/CFD programs,
importing geometry and meshes, and setting up the initial conditions
appears to be quite the nightmare.
Would not a Elmer-export be a nice addition to Gmsh?
I also find it interesting that Elmer's weakness are Gmsh's strengths.
/I wonder if Elmer's math engine could be integrated into Gmsh./
