Don't know if it is the shortest route, but it works ... - In inkscape "save as" .dxf - open in qcad and save as dxf 2000 - use perl script in utils/converters/autocad/dxf2geo.pl to convert to geo - in gmsh define surface and mesh > I am wondering if anyone has done this before.
