Hi Bao,

extrusion along a curve is not possible at the moment, as explained in

http://www.geuz.org/pipermail/gmsh/2009/004162.html

Here is an example file of what can easily be done with extrusion and rotation

Cheers,

Dave

Dear,

I'm trying to do a mesh of a screw with gmsh, so I would like to know if it is possible to extrude a surface along a spiral curve.
Could anybody tell me if it's possible? if yes, how to do this?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Bao
