I was not able to find an answer to above question in the docs, so: if I have some data attached to the each surface I'm trying to mesh in gmsh (say it's various data describing materials of which given surfaces are consisting of), is there a way to have these properties stored in .geo file, and then somehow propagated to mesh files generated by gmsh?
