Hello, I saw this e-mail address from GMSH reference guide.
I have 2 questions about GMSH
I am using GMSH to produce the mesh information which will be used by my
finite element code.
GMSH generates node information ( node index, node coordinates ),
element information ( element index, node index that consist of this
element, etc ).
But I want to have additional information. I don't know is that should I
made this information for myself or not. What that information is the
element index set which have relation about specific node. Namely, is it
possible to add element index that is related with specific node to node
information section?
You will have to generate that information yourself.
That was my first question.
And second is that is it possible to handle the generation of mesh for
same input?
I saw that GMSH generated different mesh even for same GMSH input.
If somebody want to fix the mesh generation for same input, is it
possible? and if it is possible, how to handle that? Please tell me in
detail.
The 2D algorithms in Gmsh are randomized, so you will get different
results when you run the code several times...
Thank you for reading my mail. And sorry for my poor English.
