Thank you for your kind answer. And now, I had an another problem.
Attached files include information about my 3-D domain.
file 1 : "3d_test_2.geo"
file 2 : "takeda_model3_3d.geo"
respectively.
Both 'Optimize quality of tetrahedra' and 'Optimize quality of tetrahedra with Netgen' options are available for file 1.
But I saw that file 2 doesn't.
For file 1, there was no error message. But for file 2 I saw run time error for 2 options.
So, I couldn't avoid getting zero jacobian for tetrahedron element in file 2. What is the reason for the error?
And What is the difference between option 'Optimize quality of tetrahedra' and option 'Optimize quality of tetrahedra with Netgen'?
