I don't know how to do that in CAD.

Yes, I meant physical groups. They could be defined easily in gmsh but
when you have a lot of boundaries, the process becomes tedious. So if
you could tag them beforehand in CAD, I then could write a script to set
the physical groups automatically in gmsh.

        Hi there,  

        Does anyone know how to add boundary conditions information into
CAD files, e.g. .stp, .igs or .brep, for example using opencascade or
salome? So that this will ease the setting of boundary conditions in
gmsh itself after importing the CAD models. Thanks!
