I am trying to build gmsh 2.5.0 on fedora 11 on a 64 bit amd machine.
I am getting the following cmake error
cmake -DCMAKE_PREFIX_PATH:string="/usr/lib64" ..
-- A library with BLAS API not found. Please specify library location.
WARNING: Could not find Blas or Lapack: most meshing algorithms will
not be functional
In /usr/lib/64 I have
/usr/lib64/libblas.so.3
/usr/lib64/liblapack.so.3
I am not sure why cmake is not find ing these libraries? is it
looking for libblas.a?
