Thanks a lot. I added those lines you suggested in .geo file and that worked out the way I wanted.
I still have not figured out why GMSH crashes on me when I try to optimize the tetrahedral mesh obtained from GMSH for the geometry that is attached is my another post titled "GMSH crashes".
