I would rephrase my question.I found all libraries from MKL_LIBS_REQUIRED list (pthread too). How can I include these libraries with pathes in resulting Makefile after CMake configuration? Or configuration process has deeper sense than I imagine, and I can't just write some pathes in Makefile directly?
