Thanks a lot. I was doing exactly this and getting a Seg Fault, so I
thought it wasn't the right way. But I cleaned my surface edges a
little bit, and now it works perfectly. This is awesome. Thanks again!

all when using first order elements, GMSH does such a perfect job at
remeshing the surface and then meshing the volume.
I was wondering, is it possible to generate higher order meshes where
the additional nodes of the exterior faces stay on the original
