Hello, You have not selected all points whan asking for a mesh size of 5.
Add Mesh.CharacteristicLengthMin = 5; Mesh.CharacteristicLengthMax = 5; in the geo file, things are getting better (all sizes will be 5, no need to ask for specific points).
