Hi gmsh authors, I noticed the implementation of a 2D metric in the frontal delaunay algorithm (L2 and Linfinity) and I was wondering how well the optimalPointFrontalQuad routine (line 1359) handles high anisotropy (hmax/hmin as high as 10,000)?
