Dear Jean Pierre, I would like to have a cuboid with three periodic dimensions. That is, the triangulations of opposite planes of the cuboid should be exactly the parallel translations of each other.
The cuboid can have multiple planar layers of different materials, as well as contain some internal structures that do not touch the boundary.
