Thanks for your reply, David. The mpich version, I think it is mpich-1.2.7 And I use gcc (is this one type of mpi lib?) to compile. Would pgi6.0 be another option?
Also I don't get this 'interrupt SIGSEGV' error for my other simulations. Do you have any clue why? Thanks a lot for your help.
