Hi everyone, For the first time I tried to use do_dssp, I got everything right but the do_dssp goes for a prolonged period with no end (Similar problem expressed by many before in the archives). I am running gromacs-3.3.1 under cygwin in WindowsXP. I searched archives and tried all possibility of setting environmental variable but in vain. I once read in mailing list that for windows installation (under cygwin), need to enable the dssp path at configuration step itself. I did not do that; shall I have to do it now? Or any other way is there to incorporate it in present installation.
