Hi all,
as far as I know in order to see in vmd an octahedron box I do:
trjconv -ur compact -s file.tpr -f file.gro -o file_vmd.gro
Fine. Now I am wondering whether I have to do something on the trajectory file in order to visualize
properly the dynamics or just load the file.gro (before trjconv) and onto it the trr file.
