Hi, all, I am attempting to compile Gromacs 3.3.1 on a 256 node IBM Netfinity 4500R with Redhat 8.0.
Despite pointing to the library as suggested by Carsten Kutzner. i.e. setenv CPPFLAGS '-I/users/aroberts/fftw3/include -I/usr/local/gm-1.6.5/include' setenv LDFLAGS '-L/users/aroberts/fftw3/lib -L/usr/local/gm-1.6.5/lib' setenv CFLAGS '-I/users/aroberts/fftw3/include -I/usr/include -I/usr/local/gm-1.6.5/include -L/usr/local/gm-1.6.5/lib' I get the following error: configure:6247: $? = 0 configure:6249: ./conftest ./conftest: error while loading shared libraries: libgm.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory Note: libgm.so.0 is in the /usr/local/gm-1.6.5/lib directory. I would greatly appreciate your input. Best wishes, Art _______________________________________________ gmx-users mailing list [email protected] http://www.gromacs.org/mailman/listinfo/gmx-users Please don't post (un)subscribe requests to the list.
