Dear All,
We have carried out two simulations for the same period of time and same
time-step. We want to do PCA using both trajectories. We would like to know how
to merge the two different trajectory files. The command we found was
"concatenate", but it works only if time-points of the two trajectories are
different.
Any suggestion will be appreciated.
