Dear gromacs users, Hi, I have encounter the following error,after addition of Sodium ions to my system as it has -5.00000 charge and before minimization. Fatal error: No such moleculetype Na I have checked errors of gromacs but I didn't understand that.Is I will write the word NA below the [moleculetype ] in topology file ? or some thing other work.
