gmx-users,
I want to compute the shear viscosity. I have read the user manual and found
that the g_tcaf could compute tranverse current autocorrelations which are used
to estimate the shear viscosity. But the information is very little. I couldnot
known to how to compute the shear viscosity.
I will appreciate it if you could give me some advice.
