I made .itp files for both amp and fructose-6-phosphate using the Dundee PRODRG server (I found a tutorial). Some of the atom types were not designated correctly so I found an entry for ATP in the .rtp file and used that as a basis to correct the files. Some of the desginations for ATP weren't what I thought they should be but I followed them anyway. I was wondering if someone wouldn't mind just going through this (as a second pair of eyes) to ensure that I have reassigned atom types correctly.
