Hi I have installed DSSP and GIMP. Also I have done some cases with DSSP and GIMP.
With GIMP, I did not get the coordinates written as residues vs time(ps). I also did not get the bottom bar in the picture 8.10 in the Manual. Coil Bend Turn A-Helix B-Bridge How can I make the DSSP picture like picture 8.10 in the Maunal?
