The ffG43a1p tarball is available under User Contributions on the Gromacs 
website:

As I recall, there were some formatting problems with some of the files (they were made under a very old Gromacs version, and some formatting has since changed). If you run into problems, you may contact me off-list; I should have the corrected files.
