Hello,
Is there a visualization tool to see .trr files on a windows machine?
I already have VMD, but the windows version does not seem to play
trajectory files.
Then it sounds like a bug the VMD folks should be aware of, but it works fine
for colleagues of mine who use VMD on Windows. Could it just be that your
system is running out of memory? Using large .trr files could be causing a
problem. Have you tried loading an .xtc instead?
I think Pymol and Chimera can import .trr files, but I don't have a whole lot of
experience there.
