Hi List, I was just wondering what is the relationship between the molarity and the number of molecules. I have a system with 20 atoms of ligand, 761 water molecules, the box volume of 2.86 nanometer cube. I added 0.5 M NaCl salt concentration using genion. I need to add. Genion put 7 Na+ and 7 Cl- ions. How did the calculation worked?
