[gmx-users] gmx 4.5 configure options confusing

For gmx 4.5 beta, I see with ./configure --help:

  --without-qmmm-mopac    Use modified Mopac 7 for QM-MM (see website)
  --without-qmmm-mopac    Use ORCA for QM-MM

What that really means?
