Chris Again sorry for the delay. I posted a couple of times but the attachment was too big so I had to compress the file. Here is the histogram for the sampled distances. As you can see they are well behaved below 2nm, whereas above they are not. The histogram for the previous distance vs time plot is the brown coloured curve centred at 2.35 nm.
