GROMACS uses a **.tpr** file format. You need to get your terminology right, or 
things will be even more frustrating for you...

What *did* happen when you tried to run grompp? Copy and paste something 
relevant from your terminal window. Please go and read 
http://www.gromacs.org/Support like I suggested last time.

We can't possibly tell, because you haven't given us any basis to assess what 
the problem might be. We also don't have the time to ask a hundred questions 
like a doctor might :-)
