Hello everyone,
I have done simulation of 2ns.
Then I have analyised it. Everything is fine.but I have 1 query releted pdb
structure.
I want pdb structure @ paticular time(ps).
I have run trjconv command and got pdb structure @ every 2 ps.
But I want pdb structure @ 265.4 ps
What i should do for this problem ?
Give me any command please.
