i) How should I calculate the isobaric heat capacity with this values, bu udage 
of the Fluct. in the 3rd column?

ii) How is the isothermal compressibility here calculated?

You have to read up, check Allen & Tildesly or something like that.

To get the enthalpy you have to extract the total energy graph and and the volume graph and sum Etot + p time Volume (in xmgrace or excel, whatever). Then compute the fluctuations from that. You have to do it all manually.

The heat capacity above is meaningless, this is why we have improved that in newer gmx version. Note that if you have used Berendsen T and/or P coupling you can not compute any fluctuation properties from your simulations.
