Clearly. But posing a question about experimental NMR techniques to the Gromacs software list is probably not the most efficient approach to getting an answer.

A quick Google search turns up numerous recent reviews about NICS. Doubtless you'll find your answer there, and certainly much faster than waiting around for someone on a simulation list to (maybe) give an answer to an off-topic question about a 70-year old paper.
