Dear justin,
Very very Thank you for witty and useful reply.
I would like to study the effect of ionic strength on protein stability
Through SMD is it possible ? Can i correlate the result of SMD with stability ? Because at high ionic strength The H-bonding between chains is disrupted only hydrophobic interaction exists?

SMD is a roundabout way to look at this. At sufficiently high ionic strength, the protein may be destabilized in the absence of an applied force.
