Dear All, I would like to run CG Dynamics for my system, which includes two organic molecules (GTP,GDP) and Mg2+ ion. I would like to add K+ and CL- as counter balancing ions. I have referred the MARTINI tutorial web page, but there is nothing about HETATM inclusion. Please help me in this regard.
