Dear Mark,
I have tried to install the most recent version of gromacs by cygwin, but I
fail. But I have successfully installed the 4.0.5 version. However I find the
on-line tutorial is only suitable for the new version.
Will you please tell me how to install the new version by cygwin?
Cheers,
Dialing

Google will tell you what tutorials are available for GROMACS. They
all focus on teaching a particular technique, rather than a
particular GROMACS version. Most will work with most versions of
GROMACS, but various tutorials may need particular modifications for
particular versions. Unless you have a strong scientific reason to
choose to use a version that is about 4 years old, you should
install the latest version before committing resources to learning
how to use it.
