http://www.gromacs.org/Downloads/Installation_Instructions/GPUs?highlight=pe riodicity#GPU_Benchmarks has benchmarks for the GTX 580. However, that card is no longer state of the art. The GTX 690 has 6 times as many stream processors, over twice the memory and a higher clock speed. Of course, the number of processors has gone up far more than the other figures, leading me to wonder if it might be bottlenecked somewhere for MD purposes. Can GROMACS use this card, and if so, does anyone have benchmarks? And, since v5.6 will allow multiple GPU's to be used on one node, has anyone tried that? Sincerely, James
