Dear justin Thank you for your Previous Reply
I am Doing Lipid Protein Simulation . As stated in your Website for Protein
Lipid Tutorial I have Downloaded

DPPC.pdb . and Did simulation As per Procedure ? My Question is

Instead of Taking DPPC.pdb Can i take Following Pdb for Embedding Protein
in Lipid Medium
dppc128_npat.pdb 128 DPPC lipids and 3655 water molecules. 1 ns of
constant area at 0.629 nm^2.

Use whatever you think is the most suitable model for what you're trying to do. I have no unique insight into how you should do your project.
