Dear Mark and Justin Thank you for yours previous Replies; You Mailed ME that My NVT and NPT equilibration is seems to be crashed . But Actually My NVT Equlibration and NPT Equlibation was Sucessfull It gives Nice output without Lincs warning , System exploding
