I should point out that I have been unable to test this implementation.
It seems that Carbon requires that your program be "bundled" in a
specific directory structure with XML files before you can run the
program in a way that you get an active window. That's active in the
sense that your window receives events like drawing events and other
updates.

Since I couldn't quite figure out how to do this (and I could find no
debugging mechanism for the current bundling situation), I never
actually managed to produce an active Carbon window.

I hope that someone with more knowledge of Carbon will be able to figure
out how to start an active Carbon gnash window. If it's not too much to ask
it would also be great to be able to run it from the console.
